Why does this set use a button placket instead of snaps?

This half-sleeve top closes with a diagonal four-button placket and a bound V-neck, not a snap closure. Contrast solid sleeves sit against a swirl-and-heart print on the body panel, and the matching shorts stay solid with no print, elasticated at the waist. Buttons take slightly longer to fasten than snaps but hold their shape better over repeated washing, which matters on a 40s combed cotton interlock at 180 to 190 GSM heavy enough to hold shelf shape without stiffening on a newborn.

What's the minimum order to get this set made under your label?

Cotton Basket manufactures the same construction carrying your artwork, your label and a fabric of your choice. 500 pieces per colour if you want the design replicated with a different print. If both the top and shorts stay solid, with no print, the minimum drops to 150 sets per colour. The process from fabric approval to dispatch is on our private label page.

How much of this set can you customise beyond the five colours shown?

Everything: the fabric, the colours, the print and the label can all be made to order, not only the five shown here. Your artwork is placed on the panels before cutting. Your wash-care and brand labels are stitched in. Your packaging replaces ours.
