By accessing or placing an order on www.cottonbasket.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern all transactions with Cotton Basket, a business-to-business (B2B) provider of babywear products in India. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Orders and Pricing

All orders must meet a minimum purchase value of ₹2,000, enforced at checkout.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout via our discount system.
Orders are final upon confirmation and cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing an order or after dispatch.
Cotton Basket reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Payments

Payments are accepted via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Shipping and Delivery
