At Cotton Basket, we strive to deliver high-quality babywear products to our business customers. As per standard B2B trade practices in India, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any products due to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other non-defect reasons. All sales are final upon order confirmation, reflecting standard practices of the B2B apparel industry in India.
Settlements for Manufacturing Defects
We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, Cotton Basket will offer a settlement as follows:
Eligibility: Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear evidence (e.g., photos or videos) of the manufacturing issue (e.g., faulty stitching, material flaws).
Process to Claim Settlements:
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, defect description, and evidence.
- Our team will review the claim within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a settlement in the form of a store credit, or a refund (processed via Razorpay within 5-7 business days), at our discretion.
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear does not qualify.
